We are looking for a Customer Success Administrator who will thrive in a fast-growing technology organization.


Job Summary

The Customer Success Administrator will provide administrative support to the Client Services team and work cross functionally as needed within the organization.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings and schedule conference calls as requested to support team
  • Develop and maintain case notes and status reports for requested customer base
  • Complete basic research for projects and presentations
  • Assist in follow-up with clients via email or phone
  • Prepare addendums for review and track for completion
  • Prepare reports for review and track status for completion
  • Perform data entry as requested within SalesForce and Sugar
  • Work collaboratively with team to ensure completion of projects and provide support as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize work to meet multiple task deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer care both internally and externally
  • General understanding as well as interest of the financial services space
