Client Services Advocate

Job Summary

ByAllAccounts provides financial data aggregation software and services to the financial back-office market. This is an exciting time for the company as we are bringing new technology to the financial services market, our products are proven, our client list is expanding, and we are growing!

Client Service Advocates provide product support and training for corporate customers across the full suite of ByAllAccounts’ financial software products. Advocates work directly with customers to troubleshoot, document, triage, and monitor any issues with the financial data aggregated. This role therefore requires someone with prior experience servicing external customers and familiarity with account reconciliation.  Interactions are primarily by phone and email. Advocates will also work closely with product development to drive issues to completion. Other responsibilities include contributing to FAQs and documentation.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding financial market and company holidays.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 2+ years relevant experience, with at least 1 year of that servicing external clients in a financial services role
  • Exposure to basic security types including stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and cash
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to convey client business requirements internally
  • Proven ability to prioritize work to meet multiple task deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer care
  • Bachelor’s degree

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • An understanding of financial operations, particularly with the process of account reconciliation
  • Experience with at least one portfolio management product such as Advent, Axyx, or Schwab PortfolioCenter

Candidates will be required to pass criminal background and credit checks before hiring, as well as periodically thereafter.

Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization to be considered.
