Job Summary

ByAllAccounts provides financial data aggregation software and services to the financial back-office market. This is an exciting time for the company as we are bringing new technology to the financial services market, our products are proven, our client list expanding, and we are growing!

We are looking for a Director of Inside Sales to lead a team of Sales professionals in a fast-growing organization that is achieving 40% growth per year for the last 3 years.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales, the Director of Inside Sales will provide leadership and management of the ByAllAccounts Sales team, which consists of providing leadership of the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. This position carries monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of inside New Business, Install representatives/managers for ByAllAccounts
  •  Member of the Management team responsible for strategic and operational planning for the Sales Department
  •  Establish, implement and measure metrics for day-to-day rep territory activities as well as implementing & measuring metrics
  •  Develop and execute strategic territory plans utilizing resources from various marketing and sales functions to maximize revenue with frequent interface and exchange from the EVP of Sales and the  VP of Marketing
  •  Conduct regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis.
  •  Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff
  •  Participate in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management
  •  Participate directly in complex sales situations, including customer escalations and negotiates successful resolutions

 

Minimum Requirements:

  •          Bachelors’ degree or equivalent and 5-7 years of successful experience in scaling a telesales team preferably in a fast growing Financial Services environment. MBA is highly desirable. Other areas of preferred experience are as follows:
  •     SaaS model
  •     Understand business process in RIA, Family Offices, Asset Managers, etc.
  •     Software or outsourced services
  •     Portfolio Management or Performance Reporting Systems
  •          Demonstrated leadership skills including hiring, training, motivating, influencing, organizational skills, cultivating, and retaining a successful sales team
  •          Ability to cultivate internal and external key relationships, identifying and resolving issues effectively
  •          Proven ability to drive growth and cross functional collaboration in a small company environment
  •          Familiar with Marketo, SFDC, Time Trade and/or other customer/client life cycle automation tools
  •          Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; must communicate effectively in a professional manner both internally and externally
  •          Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and SalesForce.com
  •         Adherence to company sales methodology to achieve scale is critical
