As a continuation of our Successful Advisors survey in 2012, ByAllAccounts conducted a similar survey again in May 2013 to identify the traits of ‘highly successful advisors’ and find out any significant changes in the results from last year. Client satisfaction was rated the most important indicator of business success in, both, 2012 and 2013.
Hence, we defined ‘Highly Successful Advisors’ as ones who had ‘extremely satisfied’ clients, 20% of total respondents and found 2 key insights with respect to their performance.
